As you paint, you will simultaneously engage in a multi-sensory journey of gentle yoga poses, healing sound frequencies, sacred mantras, and targeted meditations to activate and release blockages in each chakra in real-time.
Sacred Geometry & Drawing: learn foundational grids, symmetry, and layering techniques to build detailed mandalas from scratch.
Vibrant Mediums: Bring your sacred circles to life using colored pencils, pens, paint markers and/or acrylic paints, exploring specialized blending and dotting techniques.
